Required documents when checking into apart-hotels.

For citizens of the Russian Federation:

- Internal passport of the Russian Federation or birth certificate (for persons under 14 years old).
- International passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation.
- Russian driver's license.
- Temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation (Form No. 2P).
- USSR passport (if still valid for replacement).
- Digital ID via the MAX service.

For minor citizens of the Russian Federation:

-Birth certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- Check-in without parents: If a minor is traveling without their legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents, or guardians), a written consent form from at least one parent must be presented upon check-in.

Children under 14 years old may only check in when accompanied by an adult. Children under 14 years old may only check in when accompanied by an adult.

For foreign citizens and stateless persons:

- Foreign passport (or another ID document recognized under international treaties of the Russian Federation).
- Migration card (except for citizens of the Republic of Belarus).
- Valid visa (for citizens of countries that have a visa regime with the Russian Federation).
- Permanent Residence Permit (VNZh) or Temporary Residence Permit (RVP) – for foreign nationals permanently or temporarily residing in the Russian Federation.
- For stateless persons: a stateless person's identity document issued by a foreign state, a Permanent Residence Permit, a Temporary Residence Permit, or a temporary ID for stateless persons in the Russian Federation.

Under Russian law, check-in using copies of documents or foreign driver's licenses is not permitted.

Yes we do. We provide temporary registration at the place of stay for guests of the aparthotel for the entire duration of the stay, as well as register at the place of stay for our foreign guests.

There is a restaurant where you can have breakfast (not included in the price) on the ground floor of YES aparthotel. You can also have breakfast in one of the nearest cafes; discounts for the YESPASS loyalty program are available for our guests.

Underage guests can be accommodated at YES aparthotel accompanied by their parents or caretakers, or accompanying persons carrying an original attested POA (power of attorney) from their parents (caretakers) to temporarily represent the child's interests (for example, with teachers, sports trainers). Independent accommodation of underage guests is carried out in the presence of an attested consent from parents or caretakers for independent accommodation of underage guests in the aparthotel.

The YES aparthotel chain offers free Wi-Fi with a consistent connection in the lobby and daily rental suites. To connect to Wi-Fi in a long-term rental suite, you need to contact the reception desk.

We offer ground and underground parking for our guests. Ground parking can be rented for several days or for a longer period. Underground parking space can be rented only for periods not less than 1 (one) month. When applying for a package of additional services, you can rent a place in the underground parking on favorable terms.

This service is paid extra. In order to buy gym membership to the fitness center, located on the ground floor of the aparthotel, you must contact the reception desk or the rental department. YES aparthotel guests are provided with special conditions for purchasing gym membership.

To accommodate two guests in different beds, you can rent an extra bed. 

Yes, we provide our guests with extra beds, including cribs equipped with bed linen. This service is paid extra.

There is no exchange office on the territory of the complex, but there are various banks nearby where you can make an exchange.

Depending on the category of the suite, accommodation is possible from 1 (one) to 4 (four) guests.
